Is there such a thing as a 'standard' York model?  If so, how do you tell?  I downloaded the TCCI service manual and they tell you that if the first letter(s) is/are an 'E' or 'SC' then you have a heavy duty or super compact respectively.  BUT, they go on to talk about a 'standard' duty model.  Is that simply designated by the non-existance of any letters before the model?  So for example, if I buy a T210R then is that a standard model?  The comparable heavy duty/super compact model numbers would be ET210R and SCT210R respectively.  Thanks for any input.  Joe

Oh, one more question, if there is a 'standard duty' model then how does it differ from the 'heavy duty' model?  Thanks!

The only compressors we've sold are the heavy duty units so I can't tell you much about the standard duty units. You'd have to call TCCI and ask them the difference.
